Evening Beginners Yoga - an introduction course to the benefits of yoga

A 5 week course to introduce you to the benefits of yoga. Especially helpful for mature women or those with dealing with stress, anxiety or low mood. The cost is at the special reduced rate of £50 for all 5 classes.  Please note that sessions are none refundable if part used.
